WHO WE ARE

SARDA Group of Companies was envisioned as a brand that shall create ultra-modern structures in real estate, develop thriving & exhilarating residential communities and commercial spaces that enhance businesses, in and around Maharashtra. The Group's mammoth portfolio includes the construction of several roads, bridges, dams, and government premises like the District Court, Municipal Corporations, Police Housing, and many more. The conglomerate also pioneered the concept of a gated community in Beed and developed its first-ever township, Sarda Sankul, which stands as a landmark today. SARDA Group has geared up and made its mark in the hospitality sector with its maiden project, 'Hotel Centro' in heart of the Pune city.

Besides the commercial front, the group has contributed towards the development of rural Maharashtra by promoting education in villages, rendering financial support to deserving students, and providing them with contemporary learning avenues. Established in 1984, 'Sarda Constructions' is an iconic name in the Marathwada region of Maharashtra with an unparalleled presence in Beed City. Over the years, the group has grown into a diversified conglomerate with a strong presence in various sectors. Now known as SARDA Group of Companies, the group has dominated the civil and PWD sectors and is the preferred choice of the civic governing bodies when it comes to building structures that the citizens of Maharashtra can rely on. The Group’s success lies in the principles laid in its foundation by Mr. Ramesh Sarda, an entrepreneur, and futurist, whose experience in Real Estate and Infrastructure span over four decades.

Inspired by tradition and spearheaded by young visionaries, the conglomerate has expanded its footprint in other parts of the industry as SPAR, a venture that aims to transform the face of Hospitality and Agricultural Technology.
